My 5 cents worth!

 

The social media is a strong tool, that can sway public opinion in any direction. Be it good or be it bad. Yin Yang, the two faces of reality. Evil versus Good. Yet, they are interconnected. The one without the other can’t survive.

I have never imagined that my published work on SOL could be read so far and wide. This blog gave me a channel to promote my work, yet it gave me also an opportunity to communicate to others in the world how I feel and experience things. This is an enormous responsibility. It is like making my ideas about everyday events be either kept to myself, or when I do speak out about it, be diplomatic about it. Very diplomatic. Yet, I can't keep quiet if there is something big wrong.

On a previous occasion I told you that I can see the countries where this blog is being read. Well, yesterday I posted a post where I referenced the “Putin War.” I did know that this blog was read in the Ukraine, but last night, someone in Russia accessed this blog. Thank you for your interest in the blog, I hope you read my stories as well. LOL.

To be frank about it, and not to tread on any toes; I stand by my conviction that Putin controls a large coastline to put his ports anywhere he would fancy to place them, and that he do not need the Ukrainian ports. That his criminal invasion of Ukrainian sovereignty is uncalled, and a crime against the world and humanity. War crimes are being committed by his troops in the Ukraine, and as per usual, it will go unpunished. Outrages!

I also acknowledge the fact that there are many Russian citizens that do not agree with the situation and injustice that the Ukrainians are being subjected too. For you I have admiration. For standing up against these outrages atrocities and crimes against humanity, I salute you. Many of your sons and daughters have died in the Ukraine, for what?

To my friends in the Ukraine, I pray for a speedy end to this situation and cry with you. May the forces of good be with you, guide you, and elevate you hearts. Tomorrow the sun will shine again.
