Hi all!
Something new. A page has been added for those of you that like to see the International Space Station flying over your city. ISS, as it is known, is roughly 400 kilometers above the earth and travels at roughly 7.2 kilometers per second or 25920 kilometers per hour.
When you do see it, and it is in your vision for about 3 minutes, then it would have traveled about 1296 kilometers.
ISS will be the brightest object in the sky, appearing like a star that moves across the sky. Not as fast as a shooting star, that travels at 7000 kilometers per second, and just streaks across leaving a trail of fiery dust.
Happy sighting of ISS!
Bye 4 now!
