Hi there!
It’s been a while, so forgive me. I have been busy with getting “Stray Cats Hunt in Darkness,” chapters 14 and15 to bed, as well as starting on chapter 16. (now only up to 3155 words.) In the meantime, the Redhead and I, together with my sister-in-law and her two dogs, went to KwaZulu Natal for a well-deserved break.
Why a near ooops, you would ask, well, as writing goes, one has to do research. Then the Readers ask questions like, “Where is Mapungubwe, and how does it look there?”
This, the question nearly, let me reiterate, nearly landed me in hot water! As you are all aware by now, I did publish a page on Mapungubwe, with photos and some maps. Well, two pages actually. So, now the Stray Cats gang has gone on holiday, and where else, but Mapungubwe! So what do you do when you are on holiday in Mapungubwe? Ask Google the question to get a better understanding. Mapungubwe is not only the beautiful scenery and African sunsets and animals. No there is much more to do.
That’s how I happened on a page of; “15 things to do in Mapungubwe,” and what do I find? The most complete coverage of what to do, and where to go. The problem though, The pics on the website, look close and like the ones I published. So to be 100% sure I’m not infringing on any copyright, I mailed the website owner.
The website owner turned out to be none other than ROXANNE REID, a well published and award-winning Travel Writer. Published several books, and publish travel articles, that she and her husband did themselves, on her website.
LUCKY for me, none of the pictures I published, belonged to her. THANK YOU!
She also gave me permission to place a link to her page, here. So, those of you, that would like to see what the real Mapungubwe looks like, and learn what is all there to do, please visit:

I promised her that I will place a permanent link to her webpage on my links list. Please visit it. There are more places in Africa, that were visited by this Lady, and her descriptions of the places do it all justice.
Roxanne’s main page will be at:

You all be good. Stay Safe! And be Blessed.
Bye 4 now.
