The day was hot. Little old Slidders was thirsty and there was some cool water in the little dam in my garden. So Old Slidders = Egyptian Cobra came to visit. Previously, in the week, an unknown snake was spotted in my neighbor's garden, but on an investigation, it seems to have gone away. Everybody thought it to be a brown house snake.
SO, when old Slidders came to my garden it was identified as an Egyptian Cobra. We got a snake catcher out. R 150.00 later, Slidders was en route to a new home!
See Page: "Egyptian Cobra in my garden" for some pictures.
Bye 4 now.
